CANCELLATION POLICY
Please review the booking policy before scheduling your appointment • If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid cancellation fees. • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the service total on file. • Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late will be charged a $15 late fee. Arriving 15 minutes late or more may result in your appointment being canceled and charged the applicable cancellation fee, as late arrivals can affect the remainder of scheduled appointments throughout the day. • Please arrive with enough time to park, check in, and get settled before your appointment time. • Same-day cancellations and repeated reschedules will require a non-refundable deposit in order to book future appointments.
